Gently pasteurized but not homogenized, allows the amazing cream the Jersey breed is famous for to settle in a rich layer on the top of the whole milk. It's the old fashioned way your grandparents used to drink it. You can either pour the cream from the top for the best cup of coffee you've ever tasted, or shake it up for a delicious glassful. As an alternative, skim milk is also available. The cream is separated and used to make their award winning butter.
